The first week

As-salamualeykum sisters and brothers,

now it has gone about five days since we came to Malaysia. For me who was here last year, it’s a completely different feeling this year. This year there was not a heat shock when I knew what to expect. The group this year works very well together! However, the first few days have been a little difficult because we’re all jet laged. But yesterday we slept all to twelve o’clock!

So far, not much has happened. The difference from last year is that this year we have tests every Friday. Personally I think this is much better. So far we have only had four subjects and the teachers are so incredibly learned. It is exciting to have discussions as we are a group with different opinions, some dont follow any mesheb and others are from various law schools.

Right now it’s just me who is awake. Everyone around me is asleep, they were hungry when they got home from the cinema and and decided to order food. I can only imagine how late they have fallen asleep ^-^ So now I wait for any response from my sleeping beauties, so we can go into town together!
